From 8 May 2023 (Monday), for cancellations on the day of booking,
A cancellation fee of 3,000 yen (flat rate, including tax) will be charged.

If you inform the clinic of your cancellation by 17:00 the day before, no cancellation fee will be charged.

Although we do our best to accommodate the wishes of our patients, there is a limit to the number of appointments we can offer. We ask for your understanding and cooperation in informing us of your cancellation as soon as you know it.
