We kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Appointment Changes and Cancellations
- Please notify us by phone of any appointment changes or cancellations by 5:00 PM on the day prior to your scheduled appointment.
- Please be aware that cancellations made after this time or no-show cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.
No-Show and Last-Minute Cancellations
- In the event of repeated same-day cancellations or no-show cancellations, we may be unable to accept future appointments.
Private Medical Care Course Contracts
- As certain private medical care treatments (such as NMN infusions and stem cell conditioned medium therapy) require advance preparation, cancellations made after 5:00 PM on the day prior to the appointment may result in a partial or full charge.
- Refunds cannot be provided for treatments that have already been performed after a course has been purchased.
※ For autologous adipose-derived stem cell treatment only, if a cancellation is requested after the course has been purchased, a refund of half the remaining amount, minus the costs incurred for culturing, will be provided.
- Once the validity period of a course has expired, unused sessions may not be used and refunds will not be provided.
- Regardless of the circumstances, the shared use, transfer, or resale of course session tickets is strictly prohibited.
