Chairman / Medical DirectorKazuhiro Hiyama

I have dedicated my career as a gastrointestinal surgeon to treating cancer patients in Japan and abroad. Throughout my practice, I have managed a broad spectrum of cancers across multiple specialties, including head and neck, lung, gastrointestinal, gynecologic, prostate cancers, and sarcomas, without restricting my focus to a single organ system.
My background in pharmacy and biochemistry from the University of Tokyo has been instrumental in advancing my expertise in cancer chemotherapy and diagnostics. In addition, during my training in the United States, I studied liver and multi-organ transplantation and gained extensive experience in U.S.–style cancer care.
Based on these clinical achievements and multidisciplinary expertise, I was appointed Director of Gastrointestinal Surgery at Atago Hospital in Kochi, where I established an advanced oncology clinic. Patients traveled not only from the Shikoku region, but also from Tokyo and Osaka to receive treatnents.
In 2024, I joined Tokyo Ginza Wellness & Aging Clinic as Director of the Future Oncology Program. My mission here is not only to treat cancer, but also to advance proactive cancer prevention, ultra-early detection, and recurrence prevention — delivering forward-thinking, comprehensive cancer care in the heart of Ginza.

At our Future Oncology Program, we offer advanced diagnostic technologies such as Comprehensive Genomic Profiling (CGP) and Minimal Residual Disease (MRD) testing, which are used to support early cancer detection and guide personalized treatment planning.
Our goal is to develop tailored treatment strategies for each patient and respond promptly, aiming to reduce treatment burden and support the best possible outcomes.
We remain committed to protecting the health and peace of mind of our patients, and to providing a supportive environment throughout their treatnents.
Please feel free to contact our clinic with comfort.
