Dr. Shinichiro Imai, Director of Mirai Medical Group, has been appointed as the M. and T. Tanaka Family Distinguished Professor in Aging Research at the University of Washington.

Dr. Shinichiro Imai, Director of Mirai Medical Group, has been appointed as the
M. and T. Tanaka Family Distinguished Professor in Aging Research at the University of Washington.
“Distinguished Professor” is the highest distinction in an American university. This is an unprecedented achievement, as this is the first time in the 170 years of history of the University that such distinction bears the name of a Japanese family.

Message from Dr. Imai
With this honorable title, I would like to make further efforts to implement anti-aging research in society. We are currently making preparations to make this a reality, especially at our clinic, so please look forward to our activities starting next year.
